Committees
RHA has six standing committees (DSAB, ReLATe, TAC, ReFAB, SCOM, DIACom). Each committee works closely with the director of the corresponding department to discuss problems and legislative solutions. The below meeting times are updated as of December 2023
Purpose: Strengthening the dining experience with the Department of Dining Services
Time of bi-weekly Meeting: Thursdays 4 - 5 p.m.
Location: RHA Office (above South Campus Dining Hall)

Purpose: Develop concrete actions RHA can take to promote diversity through programming and policy
Time of bi-weekly Meeting: TBD, most likely Tuesdays or Thursdays, 2 - 3 pm

Purpose: Work on areas relating to the structure of the residence halls with the Department of Residential Facilities

Purpose: Improving the residential experience with the Department of Resident Life
Time of bi-weekly Meeting: Fridays from 2-3 p.m.

Purpose: Work on improving sustainability efforts on campus
Time of bi-weekly Meeting: Tuesdays 12:30 -1:30 p.m.

Purpose: The Transportation Advisory Committee (or TAC) maintains a 24/7 feedback survey for students to share issues or ideas about transportation in College Park. The responses are read weekly at committee meetings.TAC is currently focused on three main initiatives, subject to change:
Initiative I: Improving bicycle infrastructure on and around campus
Initiative II: Improving pedestrian safety and infrastructure
Initiative III: Improving bus reliability, quality, and frequency
