Aaron Hood

Aaron joined the University of Maryland as the Coordinator for Student Leadership Development in January 2017. He advises the Residence Hall Association and the Jim Henson Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary. In addition to advising, Aaron also manages and facilitates RA Groundwork, which serves as the introductory training course for all incoming RAs. Aaron also works with a variety of diversity, equity, and inclusion education efforts in Resident Life and Student Affairs.
