Q: What is an OTM?
A: An OTM is a __________ of the Month! It can be a program, person, community, etc. It is a way to recognize the great programs and people around you.

Q: How do I know which category to choose?
A: Take a look at the category descriptions and see which one best fits your nomination.

Q: What does a good OTM winner look like?
A: A good OTM is one that recognizes a stellar person or program that specifically took place in the month specified. Great OTMs include specific dates, heavy description, and sometimes even quotes. OTMs can win on the campus, regional, and national levels.For inspiration, look at the previous OTM winners

Q: Why does this take me to a site that is not RHA?
A: OTMs are done through NRHH, the National Residence Hall Honorary.  This is a sister organization with RHA!

Q: Can I get HOTS points for submitting OTMs?
A: Yes! We encourage you to recognize the great things that go on at UMD. For each OTM your hall/area council submits, you will recieve 2 HOTS points... and more if they win on the campus, regional, or national level!
